XQ Ⅰ XQ Ⅱ inclined groove high pressure centrifugal fan is specially designed for cement kiln system. The fan can also be used for various kinds of furnace, melting furnace and forging furnace blast. However, it is only suitable for conveying air and non-corrosive, non-spontaneous combustion, non-explosive, non-viscous gas, and the temperature shall not exceed 80 ℃, and the dust and rigid particles contained in the medium shall not be more than 150 mg / m ~ (3).

1. XQ Ⅰ XQ Ⅱ fan is single suction and transmission mode is A type.

2Model XQ Ⅰ and XQ Ⅱ fans can be made into clockwise and counterclockwise rotation. From one side of the motor, the impeller rotating clockwise is described as "clockwise". Vice versa said the reverse cyclone, with the "inverse" said.

3-architectural feature

Type XQ Ⅰ and XQ II fan are composed of impeller, casing, inlet, seat and so on.

Impeller: the impeller is designed according to the new efficient forward fan theory. The impeller is operated smoothly and reliably by static, dynamic balance correction and overspeed test after forming.

Housing: welding cochlea with common steel plate.

Air inlet: welded with common steel plate to form convergent streamline structure with good flow performance.
