1.The utility model Y4-70 centrifugal induced fan is suitable for 1.5 t / h steam boiler to draw air. The draft fan can work at 250 ℃ and the dust removal system.

This type of fan is single side air intake with V belt drive, with 3 machine numbers: 4 / 4 / 4 / 6.
 
3. The blower is mainly composed of impeller, housing, transmission group, adjusting door, support and so on. The outlet angle can be made into three kinds of angles: 0 degree, 90 degrees and 180 degrees.
 
1) the impeller is welded by the arc backward tilting blade and the arc-conical front disc force flat back disc.
 
2) the cochlear shell welded by steel plate, the inlet side of which is supported by foundation angle steel.
 
3) the transmission group consists of main shaft, water cooling bearing box and belt wheel.
 
4) the adjusting door is installed in front of the inlet to adjust the air volume.
 
5) the support system is made of iron, which is used to support the transmission group, whose bottom is in contact with the foundation.

Treatment in case of excessive or untimely flow:
 
There are many reasons for this phenomenon, if it occurs in the process of use, mainly because the resistance in the pipe network is large or small. If it is in the process of use, after a longer period of time gradually reduce, or in a short period of time suddenly decrease, mainly due to pipe network blockage.
 
After the new installation of the fan, the flow rate is too much or not in operation, the main reasons are as follows:
 
1) the difference between the actual value of the pipe network resistance and the calculated value is too big. According to the general pipe network characteristic equation Pu Kq2K is the resistance coefficient), if the actual value K is less than the calculated value K, the flow rate will increase, and if the actual value K is greater than the calculated value K, the flow rate will decrease.
 
2) the influence of the total pressure deviation Δ p of the fan itself is not taken into account in the selection. When the total pressure value of the fan is positive deviation, the flow rate increases, while the flow rate decreases when the negative deviation occurs.
 
When the fan starts to operate after the new installation, or when the flow rate is too large or too small during use, one of the following methods can be used to eliminate it.
 
1) adjusting the flow rate by using the opening and closing program of the adjusting door.
 
2) changing the speed of the fan to adjust the flow.
 
3) change the flow rate of the fan with higher or lower pressure.
 
4) changing the resistance coefficient of the pipe network to adjust the flow.
 
It must be pointed out that the throttling device is generally used to regulate the flow rate, but when the actual flow rate is much larger than the required flow rate, this method wastes too much electricity and is very uneconomical. The fan is usually used to reduce the speed of the fan or replace the lower pressure fan.
 
When the adjusting door is completely open, the flow rate is still too small. At this time, we should try to change the pipe network to reduce the resistance coefficient so as to increase the flow rate, or to increase the speed of the fan and replace the fan with higher pressure. However, the maximum speed of the fan should not exceed the maximum speed on the performance table.
 
The performance of a fan generally refers to the performance of conveying air in a standard state. The specified state of the induced fan is Pao (101300PaA) at atmospheric pressure, and the gas temperature (T0C) is 200 ℃. Gas density ρ _ 0 ~ (0) 0 ~ (45) kg / m ~ (3). The performance table in the performance table indicates that the adjusting blade is completely open at zero degree. The performance table is taken as the standard when ordering.
 
When the actual use state is not in accordance with the above specified state, the performance of the actual use state is converted to the performance of the specified state, and then the fan is selected according to the conversion performance.
