The machine consists of cylinder assembly, impeller assembly, front and rear cover and motor.

 

The tuyere combination consists of a hanger ring, a hanger bottom plate, a main air duct, an inlet air tube, an inlet flange, a motor flange, a motor limit block, an outlet air tube, etc.

 

Impeller assembly consists of hub, spoke plate, blade, tail wind wheel and so on.

 

Motor (Ⅰ) type single speed motor (Ⅱ) is two speed motor.

 

 

The fan test meets the requirements of GBJ45-82 fire control code, and establishes the internal control guarantee system higher than this standard. It can run continuously for more than 100 minutes at 400 ℃ high temperature and 40 minutes at 280 ℃. It can run continuously for more than 20 hours at 100 ℃.

The basic type of fan is axial flow fan, which can be directly connected with tuyere or wall installation. There are two kinds of wall installation: horizontal installation and vertical installation, which covers a small area.

 

 

Before installation, we should carefully and strictly check whether the fan is pressed, crushed, crushed and deformed during loading and unloading, transportation, etc., if any, it should be restored.

 

2) pull the impeller by hand and check whether the clearance between the blade and the tuyere is even and whether it is scratched, such as scraping and removing according to the reason.

 

Check whether the bolts are loose.

 

Installation of pipes and fans, fans and floors or fans and walls must be cushioned, do not allow the use of bolts forced tightening, to prevent frame housing deformation, affect fan performance or cause changes in the clearance between the casing and impeller to scratch.

 

After installation, count the tools carefully and observe carefully any unwanted sundries in the fan pipe, bolts, gloves, cotton wire and wire head.

 

Test run on the way of connecting the power source (car) to the fan in a short time before the fan starts, to see if the insulation performance of the motor is good, whether the rotation direction of the fan impeller is consistent with the standard, whether the fan has severe vibration and whether there is any abnormal sound, if so, The cause of the common malfunction shall be removed according to clause (6) below, and if not, the "point time" shall be gradually extended until it is in operation.

 

 

Maintenance and maintenance must be shut down and not allowed in fan operation.

 

Add lubricating oil regularly.

 

Check fastening bolts regularly.

 

Rub the impeller and blade regularly to prevent loss of balance.

2) the temperature rise of the motor is too high:

 

Motor shaft and wind housing installation of the shape and position of the tolerance does not meet the requirements.

 

Excessive resistance in the system (including too long pipes, too many bends, blockages or unopened valves)

 

Unreasonable selection of motor (including low power, large fan, incorrect number of revolutions)

 

Low supply voltage or single-phase power outage.
